Lunch :250 g of porrige ,with tofu ,spinach and fish
Calories in teochew porridge small bowl: 150 kcal
Calories in 3 pieces of tofu: 36 kcal
Calories in small bowl of spinach :23 kcal

with

peppermint coffee ice blended calories :118 kcal

Dinner
Calories:190 kcal

with 2 litres of water

Total calories for the day :700-71o kcal
